Under Orlean’s leadership, The Normandy has seen more than $25 million in campus development over the past decade. The Care Center was revitalized in 2013 with a $3 million update, followed by the opening of the Breakwater Apartments in 2016 to serve independent, active seniors in a modern, lakeside setting. Most recently, in 2018, Orlean unveiled Lakeside Assisted Living, a state-of-the-art assisted living and memory care facility designed with every detail focused on comfort, safety, and dignity.

Managed through ABC Management, the campus offers a full spectrum of care so residents can age in place with confidence.
