David Orlean serves as President of The Orlean Company and Vice President of ABC Management, overseeing the overall direction and integration of all affiliated entities under Orlean Enterprises. A licensed attorney and real estate professional, David brings more than four decades of leadership across real estate development, property management, finance, and legal strategy.

David began his career as a prosecuting attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice before transitioning to the family business in 1981. Since then, he has been instrumental in expanding the company’s footprint across multifamily housing, senior living, commercial development, and HUD-assisted projects.

Oversees The Normandy Senior Living campus and related healthcare operations
